RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • We have no returns or exchange policy unless the product delivered has been delivered broken. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.

  • Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

  • Order once placed can not be cancelled.


EXCHANGE PROCESS

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria above, please contact our customer care team within 2 days of delivery via any of the following channels:

  • For any damage, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.


In case of quality issue/defect:

Once acknowledged by our team during next 2 working days

  • Please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. (Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.)

Kindly Note: The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

  • Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.

  • In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.

  • Our credit notes can be used on our website.
