PRODUCT SHIPPING POLICY
After payment and product confirmation generally products are dispatched within 3-6 days.
Generally it takes 4-9 days for Delhi-NCR and 5-14 working days after dispatch for product to get it delivered all over India.
Courier company is 3rd party service, we follow their policy which will be applicable on customer as well.
No change in address or pincode is available once order is processed for dispatch. We don't have any option to update address.
If order is undelivered due to wrong address then there will be some RTO charges which will be bearded by customer.
Express delivery by Air is available for limited products with extra charges. (Kindly confirm it via DM on Instagram or WhatsApp(message only, no calls)
It is to be noted that the above mentioned number of days are only tentative timelines and we shall not be obliged to deliver the products within the timelines mentioned above. However, we shall make our best efforts to deliver your orders within the above mentioned timelines.
Order once placed can not be cancelled.
Courier partners: Delhivary, Xpressbees, DTDC, Spoton, DHL, Shadowfax, Amazon, Ecom Express, Borzo, Ekart Logistics, Porter etc.
If there will be any non delivery report from courier partner than our team will get in touch with you regarding same. Please note there are only 3 delivery attempts available and after that parcel will be returned. If parcel will be returned because of customer than Return to office charges will need to be paid by customer at the time of next product delivery.
Product delivery may take longer than usual time due to any unavoidable circumstances
In some cases product delivery may take longer than usual time, no refund, cancellation of product is available due to delay in delivery.
All the dimensions of product are approximately, there maybe slight difference in dimensions. We do not provide any installation services for any product.

Mandir Packages comes in multiple boxes, delivery of boxes may come on different dates.
International Shipping:
Shipping Outside India will be additional. We ship 150+ countries.
If any product gets damage we can send the damaged product on your recommended Indian address.
Once you receive the parcel you need to make proper unboxing video of the product for getting replacement of product.
